I would love to help you find your heart again.
THERE IS HOPE FOR PARTNERS OF SEX ADDICTS AND INTIMACY ANOREXICS.
All About Therapy
Therapy is not easily described in general statements. It's difficult to describe what beautiful changes can happen when two people meet and work toward a common goal. It varies, as each of you are unique and special people. Therefore, my approach will be tailored to your specific needs and goals. Therapy is very different from your typical doctor's visit. I will require active participation from you. For change to occur, we will work together. You will also be working between sessions on the things we talk about during our time together.

WALKING BESIDE YOU EVERY STEP OF THE WAY
Brave at Heart is the place to come to begin walking the journey back to loving, trusting, and believing in yourself. The path toward healing from Partner Betrayal Trauma, your partner's sex addition, and/or your partner's Intimacy Anorexia is not an easy road. However, it IS a road that has been traveled by others who understand where you have been and the damage done to you within the relationship. Here is where your heart will be heard, validated, and cherished as you start to repair the damage that was done.

Married and Alone
Partners of Intimacy Anorexics
HERE FOR YOU
Are you lonely in your marriage? Do you feel unwanted, unloved, shamed, emotionally beat down? Do you question who you are and how you caused this? You may feel this way because your partner has Intimacy Anorexia. Nothing you do brings you the love and connection you so desperately need from your spouse. In fact, the harder you try, the more obstacles you encounter. Intimacy Anorexia creates pain and distance, that without help, will only progress. I can help you identify damage that has been done, your recovery needs, and walk through it with you to victory.

Partner Betrayal Trauma
WHAT IS IT? HOW DOES IT APPLY TO ME?
Discovering that you partner has been watching pornography, using chat rooms to interact sexually with others, acting out sexually with others, is devastating. You may be experiencing obsessive thoughts, depression, flashbacks about the things that you heard or saw involving your sexually addicted spouse. You are likely feeling betrayed, unwanted, unloved, like you're worthless. You are not to blame! Your partner's sex addiction has nothing to do with you. I can help you walk through the pain, betrayal, and heartbreak to become a stronger, victorious you.

We delight in the beauty of the butterfly, but rarely admit the changes it has gone through to achieve that beauty.
