About Me

Trauma has affected each and every one of us. There isn't a human alive who hasn't experienced trauma. We may have experienced it differently, but we have experienced it just the same. Many are experiencing trauma on a daily basis in the relationship where they should feel the safest.
I have experienced relationship trauma and, by the grace of God, I am here, stronger than I was before. I am changed by my experience. I know I have immeasurable value. I know there is a God who loves me more than I could ever possibly understand. I know I have a voice. I know I have a heart. I know I am worthy of love. Brave at Heart was born as a result of the call on my life to share these truths with others that are hurting.
God has called me to share my experience and use it to walk alongside others who need healing. I am humbled at the prospect of Him using me.
